Nov 4, 2009 - Well, to me it is, especially since I never had any actual and steady 3g cell service where I live (in Los Angeles!). As far as customer service, ATT wasn't bad at all, and Sprint seems to be okay so far.. No complaints yet. For me, cell service and price were the tipping point.

Nov 5, 2009 - They aren't falsely advertising their OVERALL coverage. They're showing ATT's 3G coverage. There's a difference. All of Verizon's coverage is 3G. NOT all of ATT's is.

ATT ran ad campaigns that claimed fewer dropped calls than any other US carrier - something ANY rep in a Verizon OR ATT store knows is plain and simply put...impossible.
