Nov 17, 2009 - it's just a very beautiful song. leave and take your emo-discussion with you.

TomUK7 Says:

Nov 17, 2009 - ALL HAIL ELLIOT!!! Slayer of anxiety! Scourge of despair and despondency!! As he kneeled before his own soul so must you! He rose to face his own demons and fought with weapons of melody, harmony and poetry. Many battles did he win before, alas, he succumbed to the power of his adversary and lost his war. He is now buried forever in the songs that he shared with us. Where now, shall will we find such a hero?

COPMMUSIC Says:

Nov 17, 2009 - this song sucks balls!!! elliot was a no talent scum , im happy he died! HAHAHA

FiskeBurger Says:

Nov 17, 2009 - .. oh ok.. so you're happy that he died just because you don't like his songs? and dude.. how can you say he's got no talent... i bet you're better... fucktard!!

robespierre91 Says:

Nov 17, 2009 - @FiskeBurger Just because you're not better than him doesn't mean you can't criticize him. If a chef makes shitty food, it doesn't matter how good you can cook, the meal is still shit and they deserve criticism.

cartsteve Says:

Nov 17, 2009 - Copmmusic.... I hope you choke

FalsoPerfil Says:

Nov 18, 2009 - "emo" = emotional hardcore (60%) + pop punk (40%) + indie rock (20%). (Nowadays). "slightly different"... hum? :-)

FalsoPerfil Says:

FiskeBurger Says:

Nov 19, 2009 - Yeah, sure.. but still.. you don't want the chef to die just because he cooked up some bad food for you.. i mean.. if you don't like the music, then don't listen to it.. it's really not that hard....

c0mpt0nAssMark Says:

Vektruscen Says:

Nov 23, 2009 - It's such a fucking tragedy that Elliott didn't win the Oscar for this song, because he easily deserved it. That's the world we live in, though, where most people are unable to comprehend his genius.

CarmenitaHOLLA Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - Elliott Smith. Best musician ever. Worse loss in music history, ever.

BadBlutoBone Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - he was just way ahead of his time

987657654321 Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - out of curiosity i looked up what song did win the Oscar and there is no fucking way that "my heart will go on" is better than this

deadzeppelin Says:

Nov 25, 2009 - actually emo always had negative connotations. hardcore kids used it to make fun of bands that were breaking away from the genre with different lyrics and singing styles than traditional underground hardcore. almost no band willing called themselves emo. not until the commercialization of it, which is completely different music all together.

deadzeppelin Says:

Nov 25, 2009 - most things are a subjective term.
