Oct 8, 2009 - To be honest i i think that the new DSi is more like an iPhone than a Nintendo DS. i would buy the DS lite as it have fine playing functions and have a slot for gameboy advance games which the DSi doesn't have. However the DSi have camera, musicplayer, more or less internet, videoplayer, and other fancy things. but for playing, your not gonna use all that, but the sound and screens. if you want to have it with you everywhere you go it's fine, but i would've buyed an ipod for that, not a DSi. ^^
