Aug 13, 2009 - I would disagree. For one thing it really wasn't funny (in my opinion) for any of season one. It gradually became funnier throughout season 2, and then from season 3 to season 7 it was absolutely fantastic. I think it did start going down near the end and in my opinion the only main cter not e ruined was Kramer in the last two seasons but it still had its moments and was definitely better than season 1 during 8 and 9. I totally agree George became too stupid and abnormal.
