Oct 22, 2009 - Well... they had two trucks, Joe. One of them had just a thin layer of concrete slag, and a stick of dynamite actually DID knock most of it loose. As for the truck they blew up... the barrel stopped rotating while they were loading the concrete in, and by the time they got it fixed, they had more than a meter of concrete in the bottom of the barrel. No stick of dynamite is going to do more than put a crack in that much concrete.
