Sep 22, 2009 - I Love Latin, in my opinion it is the greatest language formulated between God and Man. I am glad to see it is making a comeback in the Catholic Church

Oct 2, 2009 - This is Credo III also know as the Credro that goes with the Mass of the Angels. Many people do not know that there are dozens of different musical compositions for the Credo. This is one of the easier versions and is what most people grew up with.

Eskadron22 Says:

Oct 3, 2009 - As far as I see in my missals, there are just 4 versions of the Credo, I being the oldest, III the most commonly used?

Oct 15, 2009 - well, actually the tradition isn't done away, there are still (and growing) lots of tradional masses.

mom2threebabes Says:

Oct 17, 2009 - III is the most common. It is usually associated with the Mass of the Angels that is sung for the ordinary parts of the Mass. (Versus the propers such as the introit, gradual, etc.)

Oct 21, 2009 - Sed quaestio permanet, mene intellegere potes? Lingua latina formossisima est, et nimis mali quod tam multi loqui eo modo non possint. Vivat Christus Rex, et regnet super reges mundi sempiterne!

Nov 11, 2009 - "THE TRIDENTINE LATIN MASS" a ceremony like no other" Amen"

mottledbrain Says:

Nov 15, 2009 - Thank you so much for this. When I first attended a Tridentine Mass I was surprised that when we knelt. I expected to kneel at the crucifixion not the nativity. Even though I'd been (a non-Catholic) Christian for decades I hadn't really appreciated the amazing did that our Creator did in becoming man. The Traditional Latin Mass teaches through the liturgy much more than the Novus Ordo.

Crusader1453 Says:

Nov 16, 2009 - God Bless You!!!!

mjbalbo Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - Heus Mari, intellego te atque uno cum te dico. utinam multi latine loqui possint! Sed hodie iuvenes alias linguas, ut angicam, sapere malunt. Vale.
