Sep 20, 2009 - For the first move, don't bend down, you kinda risk getting hit. A lot of punches and elbows that hurt require distance and rotation, so the more you move in, the better your chances of not getting hit (too hard, anyway). Also instead of pulling up, just keep pushing forward and strike upwards with your elbow to their face. You break free, and you knock them enough to give you some extra time to get away. (not guaranteed, but it does work)
