Oct 29, 2009 - Belarus and Russia are two different countries. Fair enough that Belarus was part of Soviet once, but Belarus is its own independant country. And Belarus happens to have russian as one of their official languages. He has NEVER lived in Russia, so why would you ever consider him russian?
