Jun 2, 2009 - If you're going to take a permit test when you're 15.5 (you can't take it a day before), you have to have taken driver's ed classes. If you don't want to take the driver's ed classes, you can always wait 'til you're 17.5 to take the permit test. Hope that helps.

Jun 23, 2009 - well it's a bit hard but if you really focus you can do it, they mostley check: signaling every time, check blind spot and mirrors after line change and when backing up and speed limit if you accelerate over the limit they will fail you automaticly.

Aug 18, 2009 - I passed yesterday! I had 7 errors (you can get up to 15). It's not that hard actually. There's no parallel parking, you just have to back up along a curb for 3 cars length and drive around for 15 to 20 minutes...GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE TAKING THE TEST :)

Aug 26, 2009 - i passed today! I got 5 wrong! =] and yes it is easy and no there is no parallel parking, well idk about other DMV's. One tip though DONT get NERVOUS AT ALL! just act yourself and don't pay attention the guy writing on his paper. Good Luck for everyone!

I made a mistake on the part where you park next to a curb, then back up until the person says stop. i parked at the right distance, but when i backed up i started turning a little and went off the straight line. that shouldn't even be possible if you just keep the wheel straight lol... i thought i failed there!

Sep 2, 2009 - just passed my drivers test with only 4 errors, the only thing that i had to worry about was just knowing everything in the car everything else was easy overall just stay calm and just drive. good luck to everyone who are going to take their drivers test.

Oct 26, 2009 - I just took my test today and I passed by taking all those advises. However, the break light of the car that I used stop working right before the test so I have to "borrow" an unfamiliar car (for $40), just like one of the advice with unfamiliar car. But I was calm enough to pass with only 4 mistakes ^^ yay
