It's hard, the most difficult thing by far that you will ever go through, but it can be done. Not everyone that goes to prison is "Bad" or evil, some (granted very few) have just made a very stupid mistake, you'd be surprised at how minor an offense can actually send you to prison. Some should've got treatment instead.

Sex wouldn't be a big deal, you'd get over desiring sex after a year or two but you would miss having pleasant conversation with women, children and "normal" people. If you have always had pets you will miss the companionship of dogs and cats. You go to prison you will miss most the things you now take for granted.
