Jul 16, 2009 - It didn't get un-muted, the video owner just opted to choose another song not owned by WMG. And YouTube will still mute the sound of your self-made video if it contains one of their songs. Even if it contains a small part, they will mute your entire video, not just the part with their song. In fact, even if you post a self made video of YOURSELF singing "Winter Wonderland", they will mute THAT, because they own the copyright to the SONG, no matter who sings it.
