I don't agree those who always blames the US for every single thing that happens in Latinamerica. Look the Coup in Honduras. Here is an internal conflict going on but there are plenty of people that blames the Obama administration for that. Therefore both US and Latinamerica should change and primarily in taking resposability of their own actions.
