Oct 21, 2009 - so for someone inactive just trying to lose alot of weight but has will power which do you suggest? insanity? or p90x

tsunamihor Says:

Oct 22, 2009 - ...you must be someone who has never worked out before...you dont die that easily...and definitely not from working out...hahahah...doctors actually advise people to workout...

Ajinin Says:

Oct 23, 2009 - Wow, you are a complete buffoon. I am sorry I didn't anticipate 12 yr. olds would be coming onto youtube; not knowing how to infer. You got me, I've never worked out a day in my life. Of course doctors recommend working out, they suggest a minimum of 30 minutes of somewhat rigorous activity everyday. If you had even the slightest bit of intellect you would realize that I was implying, and hell, out right explicitly stating no doctor would recommend undertaking this length and amount of...

Ajinin Says:

Oct 23, 2009 - ...strenuous activity every single day. Do you even realize how your body works with metabolism, carbohydrates, both complex and simple, protein, fatty acids, among the many other 'natural forces'. Not to mention every cell in your body hold potassium /sodium pumps to help with water regulation /dehydration. You have no clue what you are talking about and so this is all I will mention towards you and your ignorant post.

Ajinin Says:

Oct 23, 2009 - What the hell are you talking about sir? Protein is used to build muscle mass and is only used once the excess energy stored in your liver is burned up. Only then do uyo begin to burn fat and build muscle. Protein has nothing to do with replenishing energy, which is what you obviously need during this type of workout regiment. Complex carbs. are what give you energy (grains /whole wheat) and simple carbs are used to help replenish energy (apples, peaches, other types of fruit).

chmod777Sean Says:

Oct 27, 2009 - You're right, you do use protein for energy, when you are dying from starvation and have no fat left!

colorblindfool Says:

Oct 27, 2009 - there's new studies out saying that protein helps an exhausted athlete recover more quickly. saw something about that on a cbs article on chocolate milk. apparently phelps drank it between events or something at the olympics. by the way, if you try too hard to seem smart, it's sometimes comes across that you're not really that smart since you need to prove it.

colorblindfool Says:

Oct 27, 2009 - yup. wanna get ripped without weights? run 2 miles every day. do 200 pushups every day. 100 crunches. 50 pull ups. 100 weightless squats. and 200 weightless calf raises. you don't need some bullshit program like an 80s mom needs an aerobics class.

mooseheadth Says:

Oct 30, 2009 - People, older people, who think they cant do this, must be lazy.... im a freshman and my highschool softball team and i do this workout 4 days a week. we all pull through it and its crazy intense!!!! we just finished our second week yesterday. if a freshman girl can do this, you can too.

wph1138 Says:

Oct 31, 2009 - what abou older people with phsycal ailments? what about older people with medical problems that limit their helalth? who are you to judge the limitations of the population? I am also a fire rescue als medic and I know for a fact that older people do have limitations that control there well being. Just because you do something, does not mean that the population needs to participate at the same level.

Zrice32 Says:

Nov 1, 2009 - Dang thats insane, i mean ive been diggin deeper for 3 years now and im INSANE!

AgilityisQuick Says:

Nov 1, 2009 - Nutrition is the most important step in all this.

tsunamihor Says:

Nov 2, 2009 - hahaha how much do you even know about insanity...FYI...each workout of insanity in the first month roughly consists about 10 mins of warm-up, 6 mins of stretching, 15 mins of actual "strenuous" activity, and then 5 mins of cool down...there you go....about 30 mins of somewhat rigorous activity recommended by doctors...

tsunamihor Says:

Nov 2, 2009 - by the way...if you really know how the body works with metabolism, carbs, fat, and "natural forces"...please do say what it does...because simply listing these subjects doesnt cut it...come tell a nurse how that works with the body...come tell me how i regulate these values with patients in the hospital...-_- u swear....ignorant post eh? well cant wait to read your next intelligible post...

hotcupajoe7 Says:

calebk94 Says:

Nov 16, 2009 - r u trying to work on speed or chest or biceps? or what u trying to workout?

BerZerK0 Says:

Nov 20, 2009 - no diet no results, use to that. Your muscles won't grow up by simply burning calories. Also it's better to train in the way You burn Your calories even 3-6hours after traning.

RaineyWM Says:

Nov 20, 2009 - Insanity is more of a fat burning, Cardio workout, rather than a Strength training, muscle grower workout, huh?
