For example in the MLG/CGS and such they don't have have a seperate league for girls, girls compete against the guys as equals. They have to go through the same challenges as the other guys to reach pro brackets whereas you'll never see a WNBA team going up against the Lakers... no offense. Segregation doesn't improve gender equality, quite the opposite. Anyway that's my opinion
