Okay i'm thinking of recording the band i'm in at the moment, firstly to get our ideas saved, and also in the long run i think it's going to be useful to put together tracks using software like cubase. I will be getting a new pc tower soon, which will have 2 gb ram or higher. However i'm inexperienced and all this studio jargon about inferaces/outputs ect is confusing. What do i need to get started? I have watched this vid and it helped a bit but i am still lost.Thanks in advance.
