Feb 18, 2008 - Thanks a lot to the poster. What a perfect interpretation. Every subtlety of the voice is there, every emotion is deeply felt. And such a beautiful video too, with the paintings and the bare winter trees outside the window of the concert room.

Feb 21, 2008 - You speak out of my soul, you're so right! The impression and the feeling I get while listening to it is full of sadness and dramatic! You can nearly hear what Schubert must have thought!
NiallMS Says:
Feb 27, 2008 - Ralf Gothoni is rather Schubertian in appearance!!

Your song is just the world that Schubert desired!!! Wunderbar!!

Mar 17, 2008 - Jorma and Kiril Kozlovsky made last autum winterreise tour. Jorma's singing is still great. In summer 2008 Jorma sings Rigoletto in Savonlinna opera festival.

May 21, 2008 - Well, the Winterreise tour wasn't exactly in autumn (there was only one concert-in Savonlinna), though there were three more in February 2008.
Rupushae Says:
Jun 27, 2008 - I often think of the German soldiers who remained alive and staggered into captivity after the battle of Stalingrad when I hear this song. I picture the Old frost bitten organ grinder with his sullen face and empty plate looking mutch like the soldaten in the old news reels that I have seen. Its heart wrenching. I will never forget the night I sat and listened to the entire winter reise work from beginning to end. It made Schubert my favorite composer. Marek.
