Nov 20, 2009 - you shuffle and rm... then you do it again.... and again.... and again.. then you get a bit faster... then you do it again and again... then bit more faster... then again ... make sure to breathe properly so you can shuffle longer.. you build up tempo as you go.... if you got basics down shuffle without music comfrotably and find a slower song that meets your speed
