At any time of terrorists attacks for who knows he maybe required to battle with the terrorists. Every army, all over the world, need sharp shooters; I am talking about the recent shootings that took place at Fort Hood on 9/11/09 and another in Mumbai on 26/11/09 were acts of terrorism.
