Aug 5, 2009 - JESUS reconciled us to GOD by his shedding blood on the cross.JESUS said i am the truth the life and the way,NO MAN cometh to the FATHER but by me,there is no other way.

petrustella Says:

Aug 13, 2009 - What is more noticeable in this presentation is that the teachers who are spoking don't seem at all to have the gnostic realization. They are just speaking from their minds, from what they have studied, with very little spiritual current. Anyway, a normal presentation of the conflicts between the diferent originators of christianity

ytsolarus Says:

Aug 19, 2009 - You could just say you were hit by lightning, fell off a horse and saw Jesus and then start your own religion. I do not see why people bother with the teachings and hallucinations of these ancient mid eastern tribal poets. Jewish prophets are for Jews. Jewish Messiahs to. What have they got to do with you?

Tokagawa89 Says:

Aug 22, 2009 - Im right there with you bro!

Tokagawa89 Says:

Aug 22, 2009 - You have to see it in a different perspective, they may not turn into angle per say but they may change well enough compared to any none spiritual person, they may seem like one. Kinda like a spiritual yogi of some sort.

WulfofRunes Says:

Aug 23, 2009 - Mainstream Christians, in general, are more concerned with forcing others to hear what they consider to be important. They do this rather than learn their own religion in such a way as to become a better person for their selves. Their intentions in doing this are good but it leads them away from the truer teachings of the one they call their savior. Just love each other, don't judge others; seek compassion and understanding in all things. Reyn Til Runa.

ILLER121 Says:

Aug 26, 2009 - well said!

ILLER121 Says:

Aug 26, 2009 - no book should be held above personal experience when it comes to deciding what YOU believe in, and what YOUR purpose is in life! not what some anonymous authors think it should be. put the book down for just a moment and look around you, open your minds, explore other possibilities before you chose your path. if you have already made your mind up and chosen your path then i wish you the best of luck on your journey! i can only advise that pay more attention to the journey than the destination!

FlashVirus Says:

Aug 29, 2009 - Yes. Yahweh in Old Testament took the role as the Demiurge.

ChuckMartel Says:

Sep 3, 2009 - Why isn't Paul's conversion on the road to Damascus considered to be mystical knowledge of the divine in the Gnostic sense?

destinylab Says:

Sep 4, 2009 - If your a Gnostic how do you explain the fact that your belief system of reaching enlightenment and godhood aligns with the occult and luciferianism? Why would Jesus teach things that aligned with the original sin? The serpent deceived Eve in the garden by telling her that if she ate of the fruit she would become a god. This is repeated by spirit guides (demons), hindus, buddists, mormonism, Oprah and the secret, and luciferianism. The original sin is repeated over and over. Coincidence?

PacificNW326 Says:

Sep 8, 2009 - Gnostics are ridiculous and you should not even call yourselves "christian". U have not idea what Jesus is REALLY about.

eveoradam Says:

Sep 22, 2009 - And if Jesus really did say those words, he was wrong. But, the betting is he did not say those words. Jesus was simply a man among men and no more the son of god than you and I, although I'd be the first to suggest that Jesus, Mahomet, Abraham, Cain and Abel, Siddhartha, Lao Tzu AND you and me are all children of god (god used in place of a better word, which better word I have not yet found)

eveoradam Says:

Sep 22, 2009 - You feel this, don't you? With minor shifts in nuance, I am totally behind what you're saying. . ..good for you!

MorayEel Says:

Sep 23, 2009 - Buddhism teaches to renounce the self (ego), which is considered an illusion in that belief system. Buddhism is not about achieving godhead or power over others. For one thing, in Buddhism, even gods die. All is impermanent. The end goal for the pure Buddhist is stop being reborn on this planet, because existing as a separate being = suffering.

davidaud777 Says:

Sep 24, 2009 - gnostics are most likely the original followers of Jesus. The modern day religion that calls itself christianity is a farse and product of rome

Dessun Says:

Sep 25, 2009 - I've always seen the "Original Sin" as a metaphor for us choosing to leave behind an ignorant-happy state and choose to embrace the pain and sadness involved in the struggle to attain truth.

Kwinnky Says:

Sep 26, 2009 - I don't believe anyone follows the true teachings of Jesus simply because of the chasm of time. But Paul is named the founder of Christianity, the only person in the bible everyone believes exists, and he was anti-gnostic.

Catsdreaming Says:

Sep 27, 2009 - Yeshua did not teach anything that aligned with original sin. "Lucifer" is light bringer. I.E. the intelligence, the intellect, the light that shines out from the darkness that, were it not for the dark, we would not be aware of the path to enlightenment. Paul of Tarsus was an agent of Rome. Rather than persecute the early followers of the anointment of Christos, because killing the speakers of the word make the word more valuable, he instead corrupted it with the blessing of Pagan Rome.

Catsdreaming Says:

Sep 27, 2009 - Two thumbs down for Unityspirits comment is uncalled for. You are absolutely correct, US50.

maidenhair007 Says:

Sep 29, 2009 - Why don't the ones that do not believe in what is being said here go on with your own thoughts and leave well enough alone..It's people as yourself that create havoc and you call yourself a person who understands Jesus..shame on you! Gnostic teachings are for ones well more advanced in the reality of Christianity.

maidenhair007 Says:

Sep 29, 2009 - Do you know who you are..does Jesus know you I doubt it because Jesus Loves everyone Gnostic etc.

oluas85 Says:

Sep 30, 2009 - My friend you is so right, I being trying to tell people about this but they think I have demons or somthing, that is one of the reasons I left my church!

oluas85 Says:

Sep 30, 2009 - True I agree with your statament

CosmicRuna Says:

Nov 9, 2009 - James was the head of the Jerusalem church not Peter - what Paul did was to free Christianity from it'd judaic element and bring it closer to neo platonism. Without Paul Chritianity would have remained a Jewish sect . What I'm saying is don't dismiss him so radically - He was the vehicle for the gnosis to survive the fall of Jerusalem in 70 ac and reach the western world, meaning all you guys. Feed from all but remain in the ONE. A fellow gnostic.
