May 2, 2009 - The numbers don't add up bud... 16Mbps would be 2MBps maximum, but all ISPs have wasted bandwith unless you're hella close or local, so at 15mbps, i guess 1.5MBps would be more like it, taking into consideration bandwith waste and the fact that you got 15mbps, so divide that by 8 to exchange from bits to bytes. That's the max you'll ever be able to reach if the modem is correctly set to that value.
