Nov 23, 2009 - No, but think about it for a second: Who do the US (and allied forces) fight against in Iraq? Independent freedom fighters who most likely gets their support from Al Qaeda or Taliban. Therefore if the US and others pull out now the population of Iraq and Afghanistan will most likely turn to the freedom fighters and get them into power or the freedom fighters will grap power themselves. Pretty much like what happened when the Soviet Union's war in Afghanistan and The Vietnam War.
