Nov 21, 2009 - It's an expression I think, and is used at the episode "Act your age" of season 3, where at the case, the father of young patient is having an affair with a girl much younger than him, and Cuddy wonders at House at the finale of the episode, that she doesn't understand the May-October thing, meaning that differnce of the age(young girl is May, father is October).
