Nov 6, 2009 - I've had vegetable gyoza before, but I am not sure what other ingredients it had besides the cabbage and chives. Maybe chopped carrots?

Nov 7, 2009 - Yeahh!!!! I used to live in Kyoto and loved the gyoza served at the a chinese place called Osho. They made them just this way and every once in a while, I really get a craving for them. THIS is how they should be made. I suggest you make your dipping sauce wtih equal parts soy sauce, rice vinegar and chili oil. Oishi desu ne !!!! (Delicious it is).
