Oct 15, 2009 - They're sold at most Asian Markets in the fridge sections. Like the one I go to, it's next to the udon noodles. I think it takes more time to handmake them, which I've never had to do thank goodness!

Oct 19, 2009 - All you need is flour and water. Some people suggest to use two types of flours, i.e. regular flour and strong (bread?) flour, but I guess just regular flour would work. Mix the flour water in the bowl, knead it well and make it into small pieces. Then follow this video on YT. Pw7FcdNAOKQ

Oct 22, 2009 - Yum! I love Gyoza! If I can find a Asian market around here (for the gyoza wraps) I'll definitely make this.
chibomato78 Says:
Oct 23, 2009 - you don't have to go to an asian store to find gyoza wraps- if you have a Walmart in your area you can find them there in the vegetable section alongside egg-role and wonton wraps. they can also be found in a major supermarket as well- just ask were the ready made pasta is or egg-role wraps are and you'll find them there as well.

Oct 23, 2009 - Wow! Thanks for telling me this! I didn't know they were that easy to find. :)
