Nov 20, 2009 - because submarines are built completely different from this car. submarines are mostly made out of alloyed steel or titanium which the car is not. subs have pressure hulls as well as tons of other things that allow it to go underwater not to mention the design of the shape of subs. by the time you make all the the equipment required to go underwater then you might as well just put wheels on a personal sub

Nov 21, 2009 - The government didn't design it, no this is a company wasting their money.

FLPanthersandMarlins Says:

Nov 22, 2009 - they should put a roof on it when it is under water so that way they can't be harmed by jellyfish and other predators of the sea, also just to keep them dry!

Nov 24, 2009 - this thing is sooo slow!! did you see the other suba divers fly right past them?? what is the point of going underwater in this thing if you can swim faster than it??? Yea i get it.. its electric like the tesla but the underwater part SUXX

montecristo73 Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - I was thinking the same thing.

RobbingFowler Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - @poopman22321 Dont you think submarines have electric on them?

RobbingFowler Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - @easycheezy85 You'd think they'd try and make the cabin waterproof, its kinda pointless taking it in water like that, but it shows the technology is there so hopefully they'll start making them with waterproof cabins.

metube653 Says:

Nov 25, 2009 - I wonder if they have auto service if the car breaks down in the water? I think they should have made a car speed boat rather than a submarine. It was tooooooo slow. Those scuba people were passing them.

TheSniper502 Says:

Nov 25, 2009 - is this car real

danich45 Says:

Nov 25, 2009 - i'd buy it, be good for giving people heart attacks he he he

Byootox Says:

Nov 25, 2009 - Batteries can be made to work under water no problem !! So unless the other poster literally meant using a gas to power the props then electric seems the most likely method. Mind this thing will need to be reasonably light.

Fuckingenius Says:

Nov 25, 2009 - Car washing method of the future? :DDD

clayprit Says:

Nov 25, 2009 - really....who the fuck would buy this? i'd rather have a car/boat than this piece of shit anyday.
