People dont just lack theism because they strongly believe no god exists. There are various reasons. And the huge umbrella over all people who lack theism, that umbrella is called atheism. So atheism says nothing about WHY you lack theism. The subumbrellas - like agnostics - do that.

He's claiming practical knowledge, in the same way that people would happily say in conversation "I know there's no such thing as unicorns". I am of this same position. I don't "know" that nowhere in the universe at any time has there ever been a unicorn. But I know that there's no such thing as unicorns. And I know there's no such thing as a god.

I see no facts to support it, so I reject your claim as I reject all baseless claims.
