For example you can't be a rock singer and wear a cute dress with shoes and cute hair. In show business you have to have a certain look. Piers was very right and she did win because A. She changed her appearance and B. She is absolutely amazing. I really think she's great. He wanted her to change her look because it'd make her more noticed and famous in the business. :)
