"The" is singular so there is no other God, and if J'hovah is the only God then they have to be the same, right? That is the what the bible says, not a loose interpretation, but exactly what it says. Read Isaiah 9:6 before you get back to me. Then read St. John 1. If you deny the deity of Christ after that then you are denying the validity of sacred scriptures. Seems to me you need to do YOUR research.

Apr 1, 2009 - Moses was made a "god" to the Pharoh. Satan is the "god" of this world. There are many "gods" according to the scriptures. But there is only one All-Powerful God. The bible says you can make money you "god". Jesus was a "god" in the sense that Jehovah had given him power. When Jesus was on earth, Jesus produced many miracles...always with the help of his father. Jesus always prayed to Jehovah, his father, before a producing miracle. Jesus never claimed to be God the Father the All-mighty. never

May 8, 2009 - In the beginning Elohim (meaning: the gods) created the heaven and earth. That was how it orginally read. Angels are demi-gods, like Jesus. Not all Christians believe the same thing. For example some churches don't really touch on the Trinity, some believe Jesus is the "True and Living" god, some believe God is in Christ, so on. Praying to saints, angels, or offsprings of a Supremely Devine Diety, makes it a pretty hard to argue that a religion is MONOTHEISIC.

May 15, 2009 - God is a three fold God. He's one God with three parts. Catholics talk about alot of things that arent biblical or true. For instance they pray to saints. You arent supposed to pray to saints. Only to God. Catholicism from what Ive researched is basically a cult (almost). But yea, if you ask God to give you understanding for His nature, I'm sure He will.

May 17, 2009 - I've never been into Catholicism for both of your points. Its also like some of the things that go on in regular chruch (if there is such a thing). Christainity is a religion that has always been at war with itself. The Catholic Chruch order 10's of thousands of Christians killed men, women and childern through the centutries. Other Christians killed each other over who were the true believers of Christ. How do we now the right ones won? Or if any of them were right at all?
