Sep 18, 2009 - I've been a fan of Opeth since Morningrise and I can safely say that watershed is the FIRST album from them I cannot listen to. It's just too in a musicalstyle that I cannot accept. Ghost Reveries was still a masterpiece...watershed feels bland. Nothing pops up on it for me. MAYH, Still Life and BWP are the 3 crown jewels of their career. For me. Those I feel cannot be topped.

His clean singing is capable of greater emotional shadings than anything he did before. Yes, they changed their style a bit, doesn't mean it has lost it's power. I love it both.
