Nov 20, 2009 - Ventriloquism isnt talent, its practiced skill. You dont need to be born with special vocal chords or anything. Actually, noone can talk without moving their lips. Certain constants and vowels you have to move your lips, so ventriloquists replace these trouble letters with others. it just takes practice, pretty much anyone can be a ventriloquist.
