The only arguement that would even be slightly senseible that could be said against that, is that there are so many free downloading sites and youtube donwload converters that people can still get things for free. I say to that, unless a video on youtube is telling to to get something for free, we can't people who do it.

Unless you tell someone "Here's where to download this for free" you are not really doing anything wrong and we aren't in a place where we can just stop it from happening. We can tell people "please don't do that" but that's it. Besides all that, Viacome and other companies can afford it and it does hype their stuff.
