May 24, 2009 - It does require a bit of a pull, but the plane is incredibly responsive.Its mainly because of the Fly By Wire tech. It wont allow you to pull up to fast at certain speeds,etc. EG. if your stalling the Fly By Wire, will not make it possible to pitch the aircraft to much. Or if you've taken off with windshear, on your main screen you've got limited pitch control. (Preventing you from pitch to high and stalling.)

Jun 17, 2009 - i believe the autopilot takes over if the actions of the pilot will put the plane in danger of stalling. so yeah, the mistake is corrected automatically. for example, if the pitch angel is too high, the AP will add thrust and bring the nose down to avoid stalling. hope that helps. i'm sure you can find much more helpful info else where on the internet.
