Have a rogue go in and pull the boss then vanish... this will cause the boss to dissapear for around 10-20 seconds... plenty of time for everyone to get into posotion.. Then once he gets out make sure the tank agros him... Then pop heroism or bloodlust RIGHT AWAY... My guild can do this everyweek.. The longest it took us was 3 trys...
