She's going for hers but you should only follow a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist for your meal plan and a NASM personal trainer for your exercise plan. You could wind up worse off because you lost muscle and developed heart disease and hurt your self and so on..... Get your self a meal plan from somewhere like rd mealplans. com and use their calculator to find your BMR. It's the only way to know for sure.
