But you can buy Unreal Tournament 3 or Gears of War to get the tools to Unreal Engine 3 (not sure what version this one is. prob. 3.5 or 3.7 something like that). I love working with UE3! Ive been working with Source for some years now, and its tools sucks compared to UE3's tools. UE3's tools are so easy to work with!
