It would've been almost impossible for a small car could plough through it, especially if it has been spun out.... if you can't see the greater % of public security/protection from the cops doing what they did above in contrast to just pursuing the car, then you have serious issues.

I looked closer at the video, I think there is a meridian there. which makes it just fine for them to spin him out that way. he's just a great driver. my problem was only with the fact that they spun him into oncoming traffic, not that they spun him. of course he can't crash through a barrier. shitty for the owners of the car though and he's still one damn good driver. the cops didn't need to beat him at the end, that's their ego problem. which many cops have, no denying that.
