Jun 3, 2009 - You probably have Windows Movie Maker on your computer already. Thats one item you need. If not, use soemthing like Sony vegas or another video editing program. The Gif animator can be downloaded for free. Search "Beneton gif animator". Then MS Paint. So, you really dont have to buy anything. Hope that helps.
