The bible has been altered by so many in its translations its hard to know what was intended. So much of it cant be believed as it is written. Commandments on stone. Where are they? How could such a thing be lost? Arks? Everyone back in the pool? Parting seas to kill the pursuers? Every first born is to be killed? Raining fish?

The NT is full of them. The earliest Christians weren't even called Catholics but members of the way or even Galeans. Don't forget Peter was held accountable for his actions by the Jerusalem church (Ac 11:1-18) and even rebuked by Paul (Gal 2:11-14) Why would I want to join a corrupt organization that lost it's way?

People of that time didnt read nor write. No one signed the bible. Why not? Who authored it? Its a collection of stories to make believes of ignorant people of the day. This is why the stories are so far fetched. Mo talking to burning bushes. He was alone in a desert for 40 days. Stone messages. Now lost. Science fiction for the masses.

Just like we can translate other languages today, we can do the same for hebrew... it's really not that difficult. You are right that the Bible is a collection of stories and letters but you are mistaken in it's purpose. How could the whole thing be signed by a single author when it has 66 different authors from different periods of time, yet all bore testimony.

You use the hypocritical argument that the bible is just a bunch of made up stories, but yet you believe in a scientific THEORY that hasn't been proven.
