In fact even a mere thought that a group of sovereign nations should care about changing of the "WORLD economy" is actually a TRICK of the globalist mafia, the same who caused the problems in the "world economy". The globalists destroy the concept of national sovereignty. The solution is DISTRIBUTION not CENTRALIZATION of management/capital/development. The concept of the national sovereignty can provide that distribution model.

The globalization process which offers a CENTRALIZED model has caused all the problems in the "world economy". Of course mutual dependence cannot be avoided, therefore total independence cannot be achieved, but every society should TEND to achieve as much independence as possible! That would provide stable environment where problems in one country (e.g. home market in USA) would not (significantly) impact others.

BRIC countries should give a shit for such thing as "world economy".
