Jul 22, 2009 - THUMBS DOWN ON yourcornerstore. I ordered a Felinx TK11 flashlight and it was on backorder. The ETA date kept pushed back and I asked them to cancel my order. I got an e-mail that said my order was canceled. However, one month after my order was canceled, I still didn't get the refund. I had to contact my creditcard issuing bank and had the bank reverse the money back to me.

Aug 1, 2009 - When the batteries are almost dead, Does the light flash or go dim? I have a Surefire led weapons light and it just started flashing. Than I couldn't get it to turn on when I open it up to examine it. I have a Surefire 618 LFG weapon light. this is my first surefire light so i don't know if its damage or what

Aug 1, 2009 - I never purchased on this online store, but especially about Fenix the best on-line dealer is fenix-store (dot) com. They're really pro, helpful, fine and honest, I never had any issue with them. One last thing, I recently purchased my first SureFire flashlight, a LX2, after a lot of others brand - Fenix, Olight, Jetbeam, Tiablo... - I must to agree that Sufire is far higher. As much for the quality of fabrication as for the power, it's really the a great device.

Aug 3, 2009 - Not sure about that light specifically, but I know a lot of the higher end flashlights start to do that when the batteries are low.

Aug 29, 2009 - I like Led Lenser P7 200 Lumen, and Led Lenser Police Tech Torch 108 lumen. Both made in Germany. (I personally like German or Japanese product as they have never failed on their quality production). But what is going on with flashlight world these days ? It seems everyone is trying to compete with one another. LOL!

Sep 6, 2009 - I'm keeping my maglites because: #1, They're cheaper so if and when you break your LED flashlight, it won't cost as much to buy another Maglite as it would another LED torch. #2, LED lights and their sensitive regulator circuits will fry from the EMP of Nuclear Weapons being detonated, so your fancy flashlight will be useless afterwoods. #3, Maglite Incandescent and Krypton bulbs are cheap. #4, Maglites have a focusing beam on every single model. #5, Maglites are great secondary defence wapons.
12freax Says:
Sep 6, 2009 - #6, Oh, and when I want to preserve my night Vision in a tactical environment, I don't want to have to turn on my blindingly sharp and annoying blue coloured LED flashlight just to see who's infront of me when I can't even make him out anyway because I'm blinded by the light. #7, The colour purity of all affordable LED lights are terrible, I don't care what you say, give me Incandescent any day for finding shit in the dark, I just plain see better with a strong red tinge to the light. LED SUCKS!

BMWHP2 Says:
Sep 13, 2009 - The only REAL Tactical Light is the Sure Fire. I dont want a wide spread flush light as a Tactical Light when it is not only blinding my opponent, but also putting my body and colleagues in the same light. Also, When I want to use it to tacticaly blind an opponent, I dont want to have to click 4 times until the right light comes up. Dont use the term Tactical Light for every lamp you test. First try to find out what a tactical lighjt realy is.
7677890 Says:
Sep 13, 2009 - But let's face it, you're not always in an intensive combat situation, and if facing multiple threats, a wide spread can give the advantage of peripheral vision. I'd go for a fenix and slap a removable focussing lens on the front.
BMWHP2 Says:
Sep 14, 2009 - In our line of work, (I train police officers in the use of tactical light in low/no light conditions) it is mostly 2 on 1 situations. When there are multiple opponents, I don't use my tatcical light but use the normal light that is available. When there is a multiple threat situation, I need my both hands.

Sep 18, 2009 - Im a police officer and have been looking for a torch for a while now...what are your guys ideas on the led lenser P7?Because thats the one im going to be getting...unless you can point me in the direction of a model that is brighter than the p7 for the same size, weight, and price.

Oct 8, 2009 - Fenix PD30s just arrived for myself and my girlfriend. This thing is amazing! It remains to be seen how it serves over time, but this thing is unbelievably bright in a very small package. Thanks for the great recommendation, Nutnfancy (at least pointing me to Fenix). PD30 is highly recommended by me after what I've seen. I had no idea what I was missing out on until I saw it with my own eyes.

Oct 28, 2009 - the strobe is the only thing i find useless in fenix lights. Just as BMWHP2 said, you don't want to keep pressing the switch when you are getting mugged. And even if you're fighting multiple threats, floody beam diminishes its capability to blind someone. And I don't think fenix lights have momentary on switches which is still very important.
Lockhart2000 Says:
Oct 29, 2009 - I'm not short of money and I still prefer Fenix. There just a much better product.
