Oct 5, 2009 - Paul wrote this to the Chruch in Corinth, not to the Synagogue. He knew exactly what dipensation we are in. Woman have no scriptual authority to be in positions of leadership in the Church of God. God requires that both the bishops and deacons be the "husband of one wife". The meaning of I Cor 14:34 is very clear. Paul was writing to Christains under grace, and he says that the woman are to keep silence in the "churches". They are to be in obedience, meaning they are to submit to authority. Amen
