Any intelligent person or organisation would analyze this bad press and do something to improve their policy or whatever. But since $cientology is a total system failure nothing can be done about it. His story about business school is probably a lie. He claims he's ignorant to Xenu even though I've shown him proof. He's also seen proof on other Youtube videos, and he just keeps denying it.
