Nov 18, 2009 - I've given the "new" AIC album several listens and it simply lacks what their old stuff had. Layne's drug problem was a fueling factor behind the dark and painful sound AIC use to have. When this video was new, I didn't realize just how bad off he was, but looking at it now I can totally see it. His posture is horrible and he looks all hunched over. Tragic that he couldn't find the will to get clean.

Thats the problem, he will never be a Layne Stayley so he should go for his own sound and make his mark in music unless hes going for impersonations, if so thats what he will be remembered as.. Cantrell is just trying to keep the Stayley sound which we all love and miss badly but I think its a wrong move
