Seriously I think your asking him how to use music in your videos, ask for permission from the artist or company that owns it. Oct 18, 2009 - A lot of the time, youtuebe will pick up on the audio in the video, and either cut it out completely, or if you're lucky, the song won't be in their database, BUT, there is a way around it. You need to put in a particular line of text in a message to them. Send Youtube an email via their support page. I can't remember the exact line of text, but it's something about "fair use", and something about "use of music in parodial form", if you're doing a parody.

Oct 21, 2009 - They won't sue you. Youtube will mute the audio of your song first. If you still upload copyrighted songs you will get warnings and after that your account will be deleted. Those guys will only sue you if you do some really bad stuff
