Nov 6, 2009 - o 2012 joke lol

mate2000 Says:

Nov 7, 2009 - I wonder how it works... It can't just be a flexible screen displayed in a cylindrical form, that would still not produce a 3D image. This has to be something freaky...

elyk46 Says:

Nov 7, 2009 - nah bro i thought of that too but what i think is that the object programs every pixel individually. instead of an scrolling lcd where a vertical line of pixles is set to recieve an image. its like every pixel is like its own tv :)

ExtantFrodo Says:

Nov 7, 2009 - I'm guessing it's a flat panel that's rotating at high speed inside a cage that mimics the usual LCD shutter glasses method (or simple has physical masks like//\\//\\ that only permit left eye to see left eye images. Wireless power and signal to the panel means no twisting connectors or contact frictions. Definitely Impressive however they did it.

MrSuperiorBeing Says:

Nov 8, 2009 - Its technology thats been around for a while You spin a flat screen inside a vacuum so fast that it isnt visible ( like fan blades on high speed ) and as the screen turns it flashes a pixel and your eye interprets the flash as a bright spot hovering in empty space. Its been around for 40 years , the original version used a film projector and rapidly spinning spokes. This is just a publicity stunt.

Nov 10, 2009 - @riceeatingflip yup.... no other way..... except for supermagic!!!!!

sploogersmoof Says:

Nov 10, 2009 - Really? It is a pretty well established fact that women have as much of a sex drive as men. Women masturbate all the time also. So it should follow that women like porn. And they do, there is a such thing as porn made for women. And don't lie, unless you are asexual or haven't hit puberty you would watch porn on this thing.

sploogersmoof Says:

Nov 10, 2009 - Currently, its purpose is to get people to invest in Sony. Which is why they had it at the trade show, But who knows, maybe in the future they will make a whole TV like this.

NegativeNick Says:

Nov 12, 2009 - I want to watch porn this way. in fact that's the only reason to create anything, to watch porn on it, have better access to porn or improve the quality of your porn.

NegativeNick Says:

Nov 12, 2009 - in fact, everything that's ever been made is to increase the quality of porn, jerking off or getting laid. it's true

TheSchoolWorld Says:

Nov 12, 2009 - i think it's the force, because saying "May the magic be with you" sounds lame.

rightnow304 Says:

Nov 13, 2009 - Did you know as many women have sex as men?

213shadesofgrey Says:

Nov 14, 2009 - absolutely, my thoughts exactly! imagine Tekken or GTA in 360 degree 3D!

MdNtNightmare Says:

Nov 15, 2009 - these will be worth buying in 20years. they are laughable right now.

CrakBeWak Says:

Nov 15, 2009 - That's a relief.

ExploringBeyond Says:

Nov 15, 2009 - Waiting for high-def porn to come out. you know it'll be awesome! But, with polarized material on a screen with 3D enabled capabilities, it'll have the same effect, so the likelyhood is all going to be in normal TV's after they dry up the market with shutter glasses.

SpeedSwordCarbon Says:

Nov 18, 2009 - So is that coming to USA i want one Halloween Display will be endless
