Nov 2, 2009 - It's spoken word. There is a slight difference. Spoken word is like poetry, but is more around prose writing, and forgeting structure, rhyime or rythem. It is more based around the human voice (see 0:30 - :36 and hear how her voice changes in that clip to make it more emotional) (excuse my spelling)
