Oct 25, 2009 - Something I just thought of, Monster has done this similar thing to multiple companies, I wonder if there is anyway all of these companies monster is trying to order a cease and desist on, could collectively sue Monster for their rights to use the name as well, and thereby making it a little more affordable for all of you smaller guys to enter in to the legal proceedings.
