HTe Scarabs on the Covenant are frustrating enough as the cheif. Besides the only reason the Scarabs in ODST are easy are because the first one you fight you have a banshee and the second one just shoots you once and moves along.

Your lucky Bungie gave you one because there are that many other weapons to use against that Scarab on that part of the level
