Sep 26, 2009 - Switzerland has no "free" Health-care. It has a policy of mandatory health insurance and thats it. I believe you may be confusing Switzerland with Sweden. Incidentally Switzerland has a higher life expectancy than Sweden, so the idea that private Health care ends up in death and destruction is a bit ridiculous.
