The only reason these vaults are stacked like that in that large number is because those are distribution depots set up by the manufacturers of the vaults. Nov 19, 2009 - I've looked into them. They're coffin liners. They go into the ground, and then the coffin(or casket in technical terms)goes into that, then put a lid on it and bury you. I don't believe it would be for mass murders. Otherwise they wouldn't be in plain damn sight. I know if I was going to commit a mass murder, I wouldn't leave any sign of said murders out in the open.
